Best Weapons in MO.CO Season 2
Techno Fist

Techno Fist remains the undisputed best weapon in MO.CO Season 2, and it is not particularly close. It is the strongest single-target weapon in the game while also handling splash damage situations better than most dedicated splash weapons. None of the new Season 2 weapons come close to threatening its spot at the top, and most Rift compositions will still be built around two or three Techno Fists for the foreseeable future.
Head Banger

Head Banger jumped up significantly this season. The sustainability this weapon offers through its healing on combo hits and Medicinal Mosh is excellent, and the Pit Clearer dash gives it strong movement options for a melee weapon. What makes it particularly interesting is that it can also function as a tanking weapon. It is not quite Techno Fist level, but it is a genuinely versatile and powerful option for Rifts.
Zapsicle

Zapsicle is a melee weapon that fires electricity in a cone and builds toward a Supercharged swing after three hits that damages a larger area and Electrifies enemies. The Electrify mechanic is the interesting part since Electrified enemies are slowed for five seconds, and it gives you the ability to use your last 2 skills, giving you access to Certified Zapper, which can spread the Electrify effect to up to four nearby enemies, and Spider Lightning, which lets you travel between Electrified enemies while being immune to damage. The control this weapon offers through slows and stuns is meaningful and it has moved up with the reshuffling of splash damage weapons this season. It rewards players who understand the Electrify loop and use it consistently.
The Season 2 meta is clearer than it might initially appear. Techno Fist remains the benchmark everything else is measured against and none of the new weapons change that at the top level. Head Banger and Zapsicle are the weapons most worth prioritising after Techno Fist, with Squid Blades being the pick if you prefer a more mobile and flexible playstyle in worlds.
