Best Goddess Order Characters For PvE

Scarlet sits at the top of PvE content, and for good reason. She's a Fighter who deals incredible damage, plus she can apply Burn effects that keep hurting enemies over time. What makes her even better is her Solidarity Skill - when you pair her with another hero of the same element, you get bonus CRIT Rate. That's huge for clearing stages faster.

Dana is Scarlet's perfect partner. Since they share the same Fire element, Dana activates Scarlet's Solidarity Skill while also boosting Fire damage for your whole team.
