Best Islanders in Love Island Season 8

Trinity

She is one of the most mature islanders in the villa, although she's only 22. She's beautiful, she says what she means, and she doesn't blow up when things get uncomfortable. She sits down and talks it through. In a villa where most people avoid hard conversations, that stands out immediately.

Aniya

Calm, likable, and respected by everyone in the house. The only concern right now is that she spends a lot of her time being the person everyone vents to, without really using this opportunity to go after what she wants herself. She's overall good person though, that's why she's top tier.

Caleb

Caleb walked in as a bombshell and immediately felt different from the rest. He has this charm about him, and it comes across as real rather than performed. America voted him to couple up with Kenzie, and honestly it might be the best thing that happened to her.

Kayda

Kayda has been one of the most well-received islanders since the start. She's likable and authentic, which makes it easy for fans to get behind her. She and Zach are in a solid couple situation, but Kayda as an individual is S tier without question.

Bryce

Bryce had a messy week, but he handled it well. He was upfront with Trinity about his conversation with Kayda and continued showing that his main focus is their connection, earning him a spot in S tier.

A Tier Islanders in Love Island

KC

Casey is easy to like. He's easygoing and funny in the way that feels natural, not forced, and his connection with Anaya feels real. The problem is that as a couple, they're not getting much screen time. When Anaya does appear on camera, it's usually because she's listening to someone else's drama.

Kenzie

One of the season's biggest turnaround stories. She's energetic, entertaining, and has grown on a lot of viewers. Her pairing with Caleb looks promising if she can stop chasing the more chaotic types and give the relationship a real chance.

Zach

Solid, but not particularly memorable right now. His relationship with Kayda keeps him relevant, but his advice to Bryce this week wasn't great. He's not hurting his position, but he's not doing much to improve it either.

B Tier Islanders in Love Island

Sincere

Sincere had potential early on, but week two was damaging. His handling of both Melanie and Sol made it look like he was trying to keep the two stories separate, which didn't sit well with me. He's still got time to recover, but another week like this and he'll be dropping down the rankings.

Corbin

Corbin gets credit for actually taking chances. He put himself out there early and now finds himself coupled with Melanie. There's not much to judge yet, but at least he's creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.

Beatriz

Beatriz came in as an OG Islander and got her time cut short in a tough way. When America voted Gabriel to couple up with new bombshell Jen, Corbin was forced to choose between saving Beatriz or Melanie. He chose Melanie, and Beatriz was sent home. She's a Paralympic athlete, she carried herself well, and she didn't get nearly enough time to show what she could bring. The B tier feels right for someone whose elimination was more about circumstance than character.

Sol

Sol came in as a bombshell and got thrown straight into a complicated situation with Sincere, who was not being honest with either her or Melanie. She didn't do much wrong, but the boys voted to send her home in Episode 13 anyway. She deserved a cleaner shot at it.

C Tier Islanders in Love Island

Jen hasn't found the right connection yet. Her pairing with Gabriel never felt particularly natural, and now that he's gone she's back to square one.

Melanie got caught in a messy situation that wasn't entirely her fault. She was open to exploring connections, handled herself fairly well, and often ended up dealing with the consequences of Sincere's decisions. She's actually better than her ranking might suggest, but for now she's in C-tier.

For the C-tier male Islanders, it's going to be Gabriel and Sean. Gabriel put effort into getting to know Jen, but the connection never really clicked. By the time he was dumped in Episode 13, there wasn't much keeping him in the villa. An Sean is the first islander sent home and unfortunately never had enough time to make an impact. With so little screen time and no major connection, it's hard to rank him any higher.
